STEPHANIE

Stephanie is a Seattle native, who has lived in different parts of the country during her 20 year career as a Massage Therapist.  She just moved to Louisville from Nashville with her husband and two young boys to be closer to family.  Stephanie is passionate about wellness and self care- the goal is to feel good in your body so you can enjoy your life! She likes to stay active with her kids, loves movement classes, cooking, hiking and exploring.  Professionally, she is drawn to the ancient knowledge of healing from other cultures.  She is an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Reiki Master as well as a Qigong and Breathwork instructor.  Utilizing this background, Stephanie combines Eastern & Western techniques to create an effective hybrid approach to bodywork.
