Paid Time Off
As you grow with us, so do your benefits. New Beauty Professionals begin building their PTO after their first year as New Talent. Once you reach your first tier increase, you'll receive 3 paid days off, calculated based on your average earnings over the previous 3 months. From there, each tier increase comes with additional paid days off.
Sales Commission
In addition to your standard commission, when you sell products to your guests, you'll earn an additional commission on those sales. The more you sell, the more you make!

Maternity Leave
We know that welcoming a new baby is one of life's biggest moments. We offer up to 12 weeks of maternity leave so you can be fully present for it, and your position will be waiting for you when you return.
