When should I arrive for my service?

If this is your first time visiting us, please arrive no later than 10 minutes before your scheduled time. During this time, we may have you fill out intake or consultation forms for your services.

Should I wash my hair or leave it dirty for my hair service?

Generally, we're not offended either way. Although, the old adage of "dirty hair is better" isn't preferred.

What is the cell phone policy?

Please keep all cell phone calls to a low level. Speakerphone conversations are not permitted in the salon or spa, as they are not conducive to the relaxing environment that we strive to achieve.

Easy! You can give us a call at 502-742-8790, and someone at the front desk will be happy to help you schedule your reservation. We also have an app you can download and book there anytime. Simply go to the app store and search "J Michael's Spa and Salon".

Yes! We would love to help you relax by book you a facial in your processing time. Please let the front desk know that you're interested in double services ahead of time, or let your stylist know.
