Kristi brings over 20 years of experience in education and leadership to her role as salon manager, where she is dedicated to creating an elevated, luxury guest experience for every visit. She is passionate about building genuine relationships with guests, ensuring each appointment feels welcoming, personalized, and thoughtfully curated. She also plays a key role in mentoring and developing the salon team, helping guide emerging stylists as they grow into confident, successful professionals. With a background rooted in teaching, she finds fulfillment in supporting others and helping people reach their full potential. Outside the salon, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, working with children’s theatre, and performing as a singer with the band Southend Yacht Club.
